Where Do We Grow From Here?

Exit Advisor Alliance started at the end of 2024.  We’ve grown to over 100 active members serving Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.   Our monthly educational meeting and socials are well attended and growing.  We’ve offered special events for business owners and their advisors.  We continue to expand our services to promote and network our members through social media and newsletters.

Members have asked us how they can get more involved with EAA.  This is your chance to learn more about us and to contribute to our operations going forward.

Join us as we take an honest look at where the Exit Advisor Alliance is headed. This meeting is dedicated to a candid, member-driven conversation about our chapter's direction — what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change as we grow.

Chapter Purpose, Vision and Mission — What Needs to Be Adjusted?

Our current chapter's purpose reads:

Exit Advisor Alliance comprises professionals who envision a future in which businesses navigate seamless transitions with strategic foresight.

We are committed to providing a forum to accelerate visibility, credibility, and connections with exit industry professionals to address the following:

  • Ever-changing legal and financial intricacies that create risk, so that we can empower our clients to achieve lasting legacies

  • The need for soft skills (communication, adaptability, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and creativity) for effective client and team collaboration

  • Helping advisors build trusted relationships and unlock new opportunities in fun and inclusive settings

Our members gain a unique competitive advantage through Professional Education, Networking, and Promotion opportunities for those who want to be seen as business leaders and exit experts. Our meetings are held at premium venues in Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, alternating among them, and typically include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

We'll discuss together whether this purpose, vision, and mission still reflect where we are — and where we want to go.

Sample Topics

This meeting is an open, member-led discussion about the future of our chapter. We'll work through the following sample topics together:

  • Revise Vision, Purpose and Mission

  • Governance: Board and Committee Roles

  • Rethink how we serve exit advisors, business owners, and our community

  • Should we expand to new locations?

  • Other topics as time allows
